What we collect when you join the Yebo Grocer waiting list, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, WhatsApp number, email if you give one, your suburb or city, and your answers about what you'd buy, how you'd pay, the delivery fee you'd accept and when suits you for delivery. If you send feedback, we keep your message and any contact details you add.

Why

To find out whether enough people in Bulawayo want grocery delivery, what to stock and where to deliver first, and to message you on WhatsApp when we open. We only message you about Yebo Grocer.

Who sees it

Only the Yebo Grocer team. We don't sell or share your details. The site and its database run on Cloudflare, which stores the data for us and checks the form for spam bots (Turnstile). We count page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

How long we keep it

Until we open and you become a customer, or you ask us to remove you. If we decide not to open, we delete the list.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or remove your details at any time. Reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages, or send us a message with your WhatsApp number and we'll remove you.

We follow Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act, 2021.
